Assigning Licenses

Licenses are what grant students access to the various Learn Engines activities like Diablo Highway® or Mystery at Old Fields™. That means before they can begin students must be assigned a license for whichever activity they will be working on. There are three ways licenses can be be assigned, either to individual students or to your class as a whole.

Class Import Tool

If you use the class import tool to add your roster to Learn Engines, you will be given the opportunity to assign one or more license to them during the enrollment process. As seen in the screenshot below you can assign licenses to the entire class or on a per student basis.

Editing Individual Students

When editing any student you can select licenses available to them. If the student has not yet begun using the activity, licenses can also be removed as well.

Editing Classes

When editing a class you have the ability to bulk assign licenses to all students in the class. Use the Assign Licenses button above the class roster to open the bulk license assignment tool.
