Getting Logged Out
When a user logs in, it starts a “session.”
These sessions are time limited. (Think about an online banking account that logs you out after a time interval and you have to log in again.)
Learn Engines online activities will also do that (the expiration period is 3 hours).
So, if this student has left her session open in a browser past this period, it will log her out and when she tries to make an action, she’ll get an error message. (Usually, it will say: “Whoops! Something went wrong!“
The solution is for the student to “clear the cache” of their browser so any passwords and session data gets purged. Then the student should close their browser. Then have the student open the browser again and log in anew.
