How To Submit Trouble Report

If your student is reporting an operational issue using Diablo Highway, please have your student go to the page where he/she is experiencing the issue, select the question mark icon on the top right and choose Submit Feedback. The student should then report the issue through that form.  This will gather some important information we need from his/her computer as to what browser is being used, etc. to help us to troubleshoot the issue.
